Position: Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22.00/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Brookfield, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to start IMMEDIATELY at $22/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, fax, and website inquiries
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Offer pricing, delivery, and product information to customers
Coordinate with sales and production teams for timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Perform warehouse tasks such as organizing and preparing tools for projects (30%)

Qualifications

2-3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP experience is a plus
Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents
