We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack L2 Tech Lead with strong expertise in People Technology, HR applications, Human Capital Management (HCM), and organizational planning systems .

The successful candidate will have a strong software engineering background combined with experience integrating enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HCM solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development and technical delivery for enterprise People Tech applications.

• Provide L2 technical leadership and production support for HR and organizational planning systems.

• Collaborate with HR, People Operations, product, and technology teams to understand business requirements.

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using PHP, Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js.

• Develop modern web interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript.

• Design and implement integrations with enterprise HR/HCM platforms.

• Work with systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HCM solutions.

• Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.

• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Participate in architecture and design discussions.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.

• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Ensure applications meet scalability, reliability, security, and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong full-stack development experience.

• Strong experience with one or more backend technologies:

  • PHP

  • Java

  • Golang

  • Python

  • Node.js

• Strong frontend experience with React.js and TypeScript and/or JavaScript.

• Experience working with HR, HCM, People Tech, or organizational planning applications.

• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise HR platforms such as:

  • Workday

  • SAP SuccessFactors

  • Other HCM platforms

• Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, system integration, and enterprise application architecture.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale enterprise HR ecosystems.

• Cloud platform experience.

• Experience with integration middleware and API management platforms.

• Experience supporting business-critical applications in production.

• Experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead.
