Overview This travel nursing position offers local and non‑local assignments. The program provides a competitive hourly rate, a tax‑free stipend (when applicable), no pay cuts during a contract, and a referral bonus up to $1,000 per referral. License reimbursement is available when traveling to a state that requires a new license. Assignments are at partner facilities across the country, selected by the employee. Responsibilities Position Summary: Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provides direct nursing care, delegates and supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act, demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, and fulfills responsibilities of the hospital role. Develops clinical expertise per specialty. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs. Location Details Nashville, Tennessee – known as Music City, offering a vibrant culture, dining, and historic sites. Qualifications 1 year as a Registered Nurse in an ICU. Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment. Current, valid, and active driver’s license. Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation. Certificates, Licensures, Registrations Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment. Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred). CCRN preferred and may be required by some clients. Other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients. Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccine offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
