Schedule appointments for Acquisition Managers, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal client experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system, supporting team efficiency and data-driven decisions. Collaborate with team members to refine follow-up strategies, enhancing our approach and client satisfaction. Provide feedback on lead quality and trends, contributing to continuous improvement and strategic planning. Assist in developing and implementing follow-up protocols, ensuring consistency and excellence in client interactions. Qualifications Experience in real estate or a related field, ensuring you understand the nuances of the industry.
