Housing & Family Support Specialist
The Connection
The Connection in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a full-time Family Support Specialist 1 to provide intensive case management services to families facing homelessness and related issues. In this role, you will help clients achieve their individual goals by offering support, resources, and referrals. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree, strong case management skills, and motivation to support the mission of The Connection.
