Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on insurance claims for Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care services. If you have experience with medical billing, enjoy solving reimbursement challenges, and are committed to accuracy and compliance, we'd love to hear from you. As our Billing Specialist, you will:Prepare, review, and submit electronic and paper claims accurately and on time Verify HCPCS, CPT, and ICD-10 coding and ensure documentation supports billed services Bill Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and other third-party payers Monitor billing work queues, claim edits, and validation reports Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, or underpaid claims Follow up on outstanding accounts to maximize timely reimbursement Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve documentation issues affecting billing Maintain accurate billing ...Billing Specialist, Billing, Medical Billing, Specialist, Healthcare
