Job Full Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks and be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial and administrative records. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and recordkeeping systems.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents using QuickBooks.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry.
Verify data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
Generate reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Respond to requests for information and provide administrative support as needed.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.

Qualifications:

Previous data entry experience required.
Proficiency with QuickBooks REQUIRED!
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support.
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Work Environment:

Office setting.
Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
