Are you passionate about cars and providing top-notch customer service? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and a desire to help people with their automotive needs? A&R Complete Auto Care in Clarksville, TN is looking for a talented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and manage work flow in the service department
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
- Maintain customer records and service history
- Stay up-to-date on automotive trends and technologies
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a strong background in automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems
