Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in an adult intensive care setting located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves providing specialized care for critically ill patients, including sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric conditions. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services during night shifts, with a focus on patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention. Job Details Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, with 2 years of ICU experience. Additional qualifications include comprehensive assessment skills and experience caring for septic, mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring devices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record system. Float: Float rotation may be required to other inpatient areas when the home unit is low census. Additional Information: Orientation includes modular training, Epic system training if needed, and one day of unit orientation to familiarize new staff with protocols and procedures.
