The client takes a client-focused approach to legal services, ensuring individuals feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the legal process. Whether handling personal legal matters or complex disputes, the firm combines practical guidance with professional expertise to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Request and follow up on clinical records from medical providers

Coordinate medical appointments and manage related documentation

Handle inbound calls, take detailed file notes, and assist with client intake

Prepare and send standard correspondence and legal documents

Maintain and update client records in Clio and OneDrive

Support general admin tasks including invoicing coordination and email management

Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.

Proven experience in administrative or legal support roles

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, OneDrive)

Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

Experience with legal software (Clio) highly regarded but not essential
