ITSS - Product Owner Join to apply for the ITSS - Product Owner role at NTT DATA North America. Description The Product Owner leads or coordinates cross‑functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully‑developed products that are ready for customer use. The Product Owner’s work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. They monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions, investigate facts and develop solutions during the design and planning phases, and provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. Responsibilities may include feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements, and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends. Required Qualifications 8+ years of leadership and/or project management experience. 5+ years in product management, data analysis, or a related field. 5+ years contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences, with strong understanding of data lifecycle, data governance, and data management technologies. 4+ years in data architecture, programming languages, and machine learning. 3+ years understanding business objectives and translating them into data‑driven solutions. 3+ years experience working with Agile frameworks like Scrum; strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential for bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical teams. Compensation The starting pay range for this role is $45/hour to $50.60/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
