Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will contribute to the assembly of solar panels using hand tools. You will work collaboratively in a team environment and utilize your ability to read prints to efficiently put panels together. Location: Summerville, SC Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hour + Overtime Available Shift: 12-Hour Fixed Shifts (Day or Night) Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Assemble solar panel components using hand tools. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately assemble solar panels. Ensure quality and precision in the assembly process. Essential Skills 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Mechanical aptitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general production and assembly. Proficiency in using hand tools. Familiarity with production labor and manufacturing processes. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
