Your Daily Actions: Inbound Logistics: Unload arriving freight, verify shipments against manifests, and check electrical components for quality and accuracy. Inventory Placement: Safely transport raw materials and products to designated stock locations using warehouse equipment. Order Fulfillment: Read pick tickets, pull specific electrical supplies, pack items securely, and prep them for prompt delivery or customer counter pickup. Wire Management: Cut and spool heavy electrical wire or cable according to custom customer order measurements. Shop Continuity: Maintain a clean, organized, and completely safe warehouse floor to maximize team efficiency. The Skills You Pack: Warehouse Experience: Prior experience working in an industrial warehouse, distribution center, or material handling role (experience with electrical, construction, or building supplies is a massive plus). Physical Horsepower: Ability to stand and walk throughout a full shift, bend comfortably, and consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Equipment Aptitude: Experience operating basic warehouse machinery (like pallet jacks, forklifts, or wire-cutting machines) safely and efficiently. Meticulous Eye: Strong attention to detail to ensure correct part numbers are pulled and tracking documentation matches. Reliable Habits: A dependable work ethic, an excellent attendance record, and a strong focus on team safety protocols.
