Senior Audit ManagerLocation: Southeastern PA/Greater Philadelphia AreaPosition Type: Full-Time, PermanentCompensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year + Bonus PotentialThe RoleWe are seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join our executive leadership team. In this high-impact position, you will drive the strategic direction and quality control of our Audit & Assurance practice. Serving as a primary bridge between the Partner group, complex client accounts, and engagement teams, you will oversee high-level audit strategy, champion firm growth, and mentor the next generation of audit managers and supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Leadership & Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to establish audit methodology, manage practice-level profitability, and oversee resource allocation across the entire assurance department.High-Level Engagement Oversight: Oversee complex financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, ensuring strict technical adherence to evolving GAAP, GAAS, and regulatory frameworks.Executive Client Advisory: Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives, boards of directors, and audit committees, acting as a key strategic advisor on complex accounting issues and business risks.Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, evaluate, and inspire managers, supervisors, and staff auditors.
