This individual will oversee all facets of our BIM strategy—from project execution to standards enforcement—on large-scale, high-profile construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute company-wide and project-specific BIM/VDC strategies. Promote digital tools and workflows that standardize and optimize project delivery. Standards, Protocols & Quality Assurance Establish, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Conduct quality assurance checks and model audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Project & Team Management Oversee BIM execution on multiple commercial and industrial projects. Supervise and support BIM Coordinators, Associates, and Trimble specialists. Coordinate with Prefab, Preconstruction Managers, and field teams. Stakeholder Collaboration Facilitate collaboration among engineers, architects, designers, and clients. Act as a primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Training & Development Provide ongoing training and mentorship in BIM software and workflows. Identify and develop career growth opportunities for team members. Technology & Process Innovation Evaluate and implement new BIM tools and technologies. Conduct R&D initiatives to enhance modeling processes and prefab opportunities. Compliance & Documentation Ensure BIM deliverables meet regulatory and contractual obligations. Maintain detailed documentation and generate management-level reports. Additional Duties Lead coordination meetings and attend project/job meetings. Manage the company’s BIM content library and ensure up-to-date assets. Coordinate drone operations and data capture for VDC purposes. Monitor supply chain information flow and risk mitigation. Requirements Strong background in electrical or mechanical systems Proven experience in BIM/VDC coordination and leadership Familiarity with software like Revit, Navisworks, Trimble, and related tools Ability to manage multiple large-scale construction projects effectively Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
