Paid training provided Full-time Annual company convention in Mexico Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company) Laptop provided Cell phone provided Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities Go out to client’s homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests Communicate customer needs/expectations to Production Manager to make jobs go smoothly Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense) Pay Pay: Total Compensation opportunity $100K+.
