We are a growing private medical clinic focused on primary care and medical weight loss , delivering personalized, high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish/hindi) professional to support both clinical and daily administrative operations.

️‍⚕️ Position Overview

This is a dual-role position combining Medical Assistant duties with Office Management responsibilities . You will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations while providing excellent patient care and communication.

️ Language Requirement

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish/Hindi

✅ Responsibilities

Clinical (Medical Assistant)

• Room patients and record vital signs
• Assist provider during exams and procedures
• Administer injections (if certified)
• Prepare and sanitize exam rooms
• Update EMR and patient records

Administrative (Office Manager)

• Manage daily clinic operations and workflow
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Verify insurance and handle patient intake
• Oversee front desk and patient experience
• Handle phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
• responsible , being accountable for daily expectations
• roles in manging staff schedule , hiring and teaching and orientation

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
