Partner with clients to resolve outstanding balances
Monitor and manage client activity through third-party billing portals
Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
Support a variety of accounting and financial operations
High school diploma required
One to two years of college coursework in accounting preferred
Previous Accounting and/or billing experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of, or familiarity with accounts receivable procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Manage multiple priorities
This role requires a minimum of 3 days in office per week
