We use innovative financing and operational excellence to bring the benefits of clean energy within reach for everyone. We are B-Corp certified and 100% employee-owned, and we take our commitments to our staff and partners very seriously. After almost 10 years of hard work, we are proud to be the #1 solar provider for nonprofits in the Northeast. Join us! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Info Title: Project Coordinator Job Status: Full-time, regular Reports to: Director of Project and Asset Management - Sarah Jane Hanss Location: 3:2 hybrid schedule; 3 days in Boston office, 2 days remote (after initial 3-month in-office only training period) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-5 PM, w/1-hour for lunch; occasional evenings and weekends Target Start Date: August 3, 2026 Job Summary Ready to build a foundation in solar project management? As Project Coordinator at Resonant Energy, you'll be an essential part of the team keeping solar projects on track, supporting Project Managers with the coordination, documentation, and application work that moves projects from contract through commissioning for affordable housing, nonprofits, and low-income communities. What Makes This Role Exciting: This is a real entry point into solar project management with meaningful ownership of processes that directly affect whether projects move forward on time. You'll develop hands-on expertise in interconnection, permitting, and project coordination across a growing multi-state portfolio, with clear opportunities to build toward a project management career in clean energy. You'll Excel If You:
