Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Sparkle Express Car Wash
At Sparkle Express, our Customer Service Representatives set the tone for every guest experience. You're the first hello, the friendly guide, and the reason guests leave smiling. We're looking for upbeat, confident, people-loving individuals who enjoy connecting with others and take pride in doing things the right way. As a CSR, you'll create memorable guest experiences while helping drive site performance. You will:
- Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Guide guests through wash packages and memberships in a clear, friendly way.
- Confidently promote club memberships and contribute to daily sales goals.
- Keep the service area clean, organized, and high-energy during busy times.
- Represent Sparkle Express with positivity, accountability, and consistency.
- Work closely with your team to deliver smooth operations and great results.

- Has customer service or sales experience.

$11 - $13/hour base pay + guaranteed commission. Commission opportunities available to all team members. Paid, hands-on training that builds confidence and sets you up for success.
