Customer Service Representative (CSR)
At Sparkle Express Car Wash, we believe clean cars and happy people go hand in hand. We're looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our North Augusta team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). If you love making people smile, staying active, and being part of a positive team, this is your chance to grow, earn, and shine every day!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and positive attitude.
- Help customers choose the best wash package or membership option.
- Promote upgrades
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Make sure every customer leaves happy and ready to return.
Who You Are:
- Energetic, friendly, and approachable people enjoy interacting with you.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
- A good communicator who enjoys helping others.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required).
Pay & Perks:
- $13.00/hour + commission
- Commission-heavy role with strong earning potential
- Eligible for club plan commissions (all staff)
