Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for pediatric speech and language evaluations. This is an ideal opportunity for an SLP looking for flexible supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact through comprehensive, high-quality assessments.

If you enjoy developing the next generation of clinicians, this role also offers opportunities to supervise graduate student clinicians, mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), and provide guidance to Clinical Fellows/SLP interns as they grow their clinical skills. You'll play an important role not only in supporting children and families, but also in shaping future professionals in the field.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $80 per completed evaluation & $50/week per person (SLPA or CF-SLP) you supervise

Schedule:

• Start with one flexible day per week
• Choose the day that works best for your schedule
• Flexible number of hours based on your availability

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
• Select and administer standardized and informal assessment tools
• Interpret assessment findings and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations
• Complete timely, thorough evaluation reports
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members regarding evaluation results and treatment recommendations
• Help children begin the right therapeutic journey through accurate diagnosis and clinical expertise

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
• Minimum of one year of pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience
• Experience conducting pediatric speech and language evaluations preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
• Passion for evaluating children with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
