Title Service Representative

Title Service Representative Hunt Valley, MD Compensation: $17.75 per hour, with possible opportunities for overtime. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) participation Paid time off Holiday pay Responsibilities Conduct effective follow-up for motor vehicle titles, including communication with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers and agency personnel. Review queues and determine and pursue effective follow-up steps to ensure receipt of title documents. Review title documents to determine if a correction is warranted and process necessary corrections. Release leased or retail title documents per state and client guidelines. Contact clients by phone or e‑mail. Receive incoming calls from clients, dealers and customers and respond as necessary. Process incoming title related work received either by client request, department notification, or incoming mail and/or FedEx. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency. Accurate keying skills and ability to speak clearly. Customer service experience. Familiarity with use of computer. Strong attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instruction. Ability to analyze data and note exceptions needing resolution. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization. Ability to perform under minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Mastered knowledge of Title Service functions. Experience with vehicle titles, DMVs, or auto dealers.
