What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active certification
• Proven experience working within school settings
• Female BCBA preferred to best support student needs
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing life skills curricula
• Skilled in performing comprehensive behavioral evaluations and assessments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage cases involving students with severe behavioral challenges

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct detailed behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations for a student requiring intensive support
• Develop, monitor, and adjust data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and school teams to deliver best-in-class support
• Guide the implementation of life skills programming, adapting strategies as needed
• Document progress, maintain student records, and lead regular updates for education teams
• Provide staff training and coaching to build consistency in approach
• Serve as a resource for evidence-based practices within the school community
