The Role + Purpose: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across various retail functions. You’ll play a key role in shaping teams behind some of our most important product categories – bringing in the people who design, merchandise and plan the assortments our customers love. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that offers the opportunity to build expertise in fashion and retail recruiting while partnering with engaged, collaborative hiring teams. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines and partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to meet business needs. Full-Cycle Recruitment : Own end-to-end recruiting across product teams, including Sourcing, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, and Design, managing multiple searches simultaneously from initial intake through offer. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using online platforms, networking events, industry associations, and other creative channels. Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience : Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers through clear communication and consistent follow-through at every stage of the process.
