Join the Staff Management | SMX team in Bethlehem, PA! We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Production Technician, you'll play an important role in packaging and preparing products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Shifts: 2nd Shift, 1st Shift. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.25 / hour

Duties:

• Package products by following company procedures and instructions.
• Complete required paperwork and production records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with labeling, assembly, and packaging tasks.
• Clean equipment, tools, and work areas as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and workplace policies.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to perform work while standing or sitting, based on assigned duties.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
• Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
• Consistent attendance and reliable transportation.
