• Extensive experience in product management within the Fire alarm system industry.
• Knowledge of Fire alarm system architecture, Power supply technologies, and backup power systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 72, UL 864, ULC, FM, and regional code requirements.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and customer-driven product development.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks and data-driven decision making.

• Lead the development and execution of product management strategies.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights for product enhancements.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
