Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of evaluation techniques, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Compassionate, flexible, and creative approach to therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with school guidelines
• Provide resources and consultation to educators and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results to stakeholders
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
