For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify issues, establish objectives, develop recommendations, and implement solutions for our clients Provide work stream/project oversight, manage and track issue resolution, and make key decisions for the project with the project sponsorLeverage AI‑enabled tools to support and accelerate consulting delivery activities while improving efficiency and outcomesAdvise clients on practical applications of AI to enhance business processes, digital products, and operational performanceEffectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external clientsDrive outcomes without direct authority, engaging team members in a cross-functional environmentDefine, establish, and deploy Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks, standards, and best practices, leveraging advanced project management tools and artifacts (e.g., Charter/Scope, Integrated Project Plans, Issue logs, Requirements Matrices, Lessons Learned, and portfolio tracking)Monitor, manage, and document project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying emerging issues and driving appropriate actions to maintain project alignment and momentumDevelop, communicate, and execute comprehensive project risk and issue management plans, including mitigation and escalation strategies to minimize impact and ensure successful deliveryFacilitate status updates and review of programs to client leadership and/or project sponsorProvide clear communications (oral and written) and share knowledge at all levels of the organization Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analyzing, trending, and presenting data and recommendations to managementProvide coaching and mentoring of project team with the goal of developing talent within the organizationEnsure that the engagement performs consistent with expected client value and internal financial targetsLimited travel may be required for this role (less than 25% on average over a year's time but may involve Monday through Thursday travel for multiple concurrent weeks to satisfy specific client project requirements).
