Key Qualifications:

• Valid Sign Language Interpreter certification or equivalent credentials
• Minimum 3.5 EIPA score
• Demonstrated experience working in a school setting
• Flexible and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with educators and support staff
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, high-quality interpreting services for a high school student
• Accurately convey spoken language into sign language and vice versa during classes, meetings, and school activities
• Support the student’s participation in academic and extracurricular activities
