We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, scheduling service appointments, and supporting the sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding HVAC services and products
• Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, maintenance agreements, and previous service calls
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Assist customers in selecting HVAC systems, maintenance plans, and upgrades
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/dispatch software
• Coordinate with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

​ Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with phone-based sales and follow-ups
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in computer systems and CRM software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Successware, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
