Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours: 64 Work Shift: Night: 8 hours Job Description Responsible for collecting and documenting clinical data on patients during admission and throughout the hospital stay. Provides interventions which are within scope of licensure practice, follows policy/procedures/treatment plan/MD orders, assists patients improve level of functioning, provides information to RNs and others as needed for assessment, care planning, and provision of care of patients on the psychiatric unit. Participation is expected in continuing education, development of unit programs, facilitation of staff communication, and assistance to other units when needed. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. One-year Acute Psychiatric experience. License/Certification/Registration Requirements Current CA LVN or LPT license. Salary Range $46.12 - $58.33 USD Hour Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Medium work—requires standing the majority of the shift, ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently. Work involves sitting, kneeling, climbing and squatting. Physical requirements (United States of America). Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
