Chicago | Hybrid Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney AmLaw 50 Opportunity Compensation $235,000 – $420,000+ A leading international law firm is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and entrepreneurs in sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
