We are seeking Managers‑in‑Training (MITs) to join our growing team. In this role you will assist in managing day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and developing and supervising a team to achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. The goal is to prepare the successful candidate for a future general manager position at Toppers Pizza. Responsibilities Assist in day‑to‑day restaurant operations. Ensure guest satisfaction across all service touch points. Develop, direct, and supervise team members to achieve sales and profit objectives. Maintain product quality, service standards, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. Prepare for progression to General Manager through on‑the‑job training. Qualifications Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, or restaurant manager is highly desirable. Demonstrates integrity, a positive attitude, strong personal presentation and customer focus. Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively resolve dissatisfaction. Self‑disciplined, proactive, with a can‑do attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone. Ready to bring passion and dedication to the role.
