Multi Regional Roofing Company serves WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL, providing full-service residential roofing and restoration.
If you're experienced in roofing sales and prefer being out in the field instead of sitting behind a desk, this position puts your skills to work where they matter.
We're adding Roofing Sales Representatives to our residential sales operations. You'll take an active role in developing new customers, inspecting roofs, and selling roofing services to homeowners.
You'll contact company-provided leads and canvass neighborhoods where aging roofs and recent storms create opportunities for repair and replacement work.
This position calls for someone who takes ownership of their sales activity, communicates well with homeowners, and follows through from inspection to signed paperwork.
Responsibilities
• Prospect for new residential roofing customers through door-to-door canvassing.
• Contact assigned leads and conduct homeowner meetings.
• Carry out free roof inspections to identify roofing concerns.
• Recommend roofing services, explain project options, and close sales.
• Maintain customer communication and complete sales paperwork.
Your Sales Track Record Matters
You bring hands-on roofing sales experience and know how to manage face-to-face sales conversations with homeowners.
You're self-motivated, career-oriented, and comfortable building your own sales opportunities through neighborhood prospecting.
You can safely climb ladders and perform residential roof inspections as part of your daily work.
A car or truck is required for travel throughout your assigned sales territory.
Compensation
Annual Earning Potential: $100,000 to $250,000
