Field Sales Professional About Us At Cleft of the Rock , we help businesses and individuals secure supplemental insurance solutions that protect what matters most. Your Role As a Field Sales Professional , you will work directly with business owners, managers, and individual clients to provide insurance solutions that meet their needs and give them peace of mind. You will focus on supporting others with honesty and commitment , building trust, and fostering relationships that last. Key Responsibilities: Visit businesses and meet with decision-makers and employees in person Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs Conduct group presentations for employee teams of various sizes Build and manage your own book of business Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships Collaborate with your manager to set goals and track progress What We Offer Comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed Weekly draw pay plus commissions and performance bonuses Incentives including cash rewards, stock options, and recognition programs Opportunities for growth and professional development A supportive, purpose-driven team environment Who You Are Compassionate and supportive, motivated by helping others Ethical, conscientious, and committed to doing what is right Professional, approachable, and skilled at building trust Independent yet collaborative, able to manage your schedule effectively Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided) Company: Cleft of the Rock Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed Location: In-person, business-to-business and individual sales Join Us This is an opportunity to build a career where helping others is at the heart of everything you do .
