Synthomer is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist to serve as SME for a multi-site unionized manufacturing environment in the US. The role administers collective bargaining agreements, manages initial grievance processes, and supports hourly recruitment and labor-relations initiatives. The position partners with Operations, HR, and site leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and CBAs, while traveling ~25% to Jefferson Hills, PA; Akron, OH; and Magadore, #J-18808-Ljbffr
