Job Description Our Staffing Company is seeking support to our team with daily hiring efforts across a variety of manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative roles . What You’ll Do: Support the Recruiting Manager with daily hiring needs Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Source candidates through job postings, email outreach, and recruiting platforms Conduct phone and in-person interviews Assist with proper skill matching to ensure the best fit for each of our customers roles Complete data entry and maintain accurate candidate records Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and E-Verify Ensure all onboarding and hiring requirements are completed What We’re Looking For: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to follow direction while also thinking outside the box High energy and a strong sense of urgency Willingness to learn and grow within the staffing industry Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required we are willing to train Reliability and consistency are a must A results-driven mindset with an understanding that increasing the total number of employees on assignment daily is essential to success and overall team growth Why Join Us?
