Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay: $18–$22/hour Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Available Location: Columbus, OH Build Skills. Create Independence. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work directly with our individuals, implementing behavior support strategies and teaching communication, social, adaptive, and independent living skills in real-world settings. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day. What You’ll Do Deliver Direct Behavioral Services: implement individualized behavior support and skill‑building programs under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical leader. Teach Meaningful Life Skills: support communication, social development, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills. Implement Positive Behavior Supports: use evidence‑based strategies to help individuals achieve goals while maintaining dignity, respect, and safety. Collect Data & Monitor Progress: track behavioral and skill development data to support individualized treatment and service planning. Support Community Inclusion: provide services in homes, schools, day programs, and community settings that promote participation and independence. Collaborate with Teams & Families: partner with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support consistent, high‑quality services.
