Finance Specialist

Responsibilities Perform collection duties related to member/retail customers, ensuring payments are collected/applied timely and accurately, with payment returns and exception handling addressed and/or escalated properly. Assist in the coordination of shareholder relations activities, including, but not limited to on-boarding, shareholder interactions, shareholder payments, and internal accounting related to shareholder programs. Provide support related to certain banking functions. Other assigned tasks related to Finance and Treasury responsibilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting or business-related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality Ability to critically think, problem-solve, and exhibit patience and level-headedness in a fast paced environment Collection experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
