Industrial Project Manager

Job Description Manage industrial mechanical construction projects from estimating through project completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers as the primary point of contact. Assist customers with project scope development and technical requirements. Prepare project estimates, proposals, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and submittals. Track project costs, including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and change orders. Coordinate project execution with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, fabrication, and field operations. Lead project meetings and provide financial and progress updates to management. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Support commissioning, testing, startup, owner training, O&M manuals, and final project closeout. Identify project risks and resolve technical or operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications 5+ years of Industrial Project Management experience. Experience managing mechanical construction projects in industrial environments. Strong background in process piping, steam systems, alloy piping, central utility plants, or process equipment. Experience working in manufacturing facilities, shipyards, power generation, food & beverage, paper mills, or similar industrial facilities. Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred. PMP Certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
