Job Responsibilities The candidate must have experience writing, generating, and editing proposals, a good eye for graphics and capabilities thereof. This position will work with senior staff at the firm including our firm’s principals and will report to the Director of Marketing. Receive, prepare, and submit responses for Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q) Maintain proposal data, CRM info and leads in Salesforce CRM. Create and edit resumes, project descriptions, and firm data are developed and maintained Obtain project images and rights to use; renderings, drawings, and photography; Work with Open Asset. Prepare award submittals for competitions. Assist with daily function of the marketing group, ensuring efficient workflow, and communications. Participate in business dept strategic planning meetings, representing marketing initiatives to management Create presentations and interview marketing materials, Other duties as assigned by Marketing Management. Work on special projects (Magazine, Intranet and Social!) Job Requirements 1+ years of A/E/C marketing experience; college degree is preferred Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Photoshop) a must Salesforce CRM or comparable preferred Self-directed, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision in deadline-sensitive environment Understanding of architectural engineering and construction industry Creative with a thorough understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and clients. Excellent communication, organizational, inter-personal skills, and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location. $56,850 - $85,274 USD We do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.
