The RoleWe are currently seeking a Lead, Product Manager to join our Portfolio Data Feeds team in Salt Lake City. As well as performing the role of a Product manager within the team by using your skills to effectively contribute towards the overall goals of the team, you will lead and develop the analysts within the team to enable them to do the same.Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $147,000 - $184,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Using these insights, work with counterparts within the business to drive new and innovative opportunities to improve client experienceWho You AreAt least five years of experience in data analysis and product management with relevant finance domain-specific experienceExperience with leading teams, cross-functional projects and learning and development initiatives. Proven ability to plan, design, and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneouslyTrack record of effective problem solving abilities, self-motivation to take on responsibility, and a strong team-player mentalityAbility to work cross functionally to define functional and technical implementations to tackle a business problem.
