Join Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC today.The Program Manager will support Barrow Wise's Illinois Secretary of State transformation project and perform the following duties:Develop and implement a strategic plan for the program, aligning it with the organization's goals and objectives.Create and design program initiatives, projects, and activities that contribute to the program's objectives and overall success.Build, lead, and manage a diverse team of professionals involved in the program's activities and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team cohesion and high performance.Oversee the execution of program projects and initiatives, ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.Track program progress, collect and analyze data, and evaluate outcomes to assess the effectiveness of program activities.Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and presentations.Allocate resources, including personnel, funding, and materials, to various program activities to ensure efficient and effective implementation.Ensure program activities and initiatives adhere to relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.Address conflicts and challenges that may arise within the program or between stakeholders, finding effective solutions and fostering positive working relationships.Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to program staff and team members.Generate regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into program performance and impact.Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless coordination of efforts and alignment with organizational goals.Lead the program through organizational changes and transitions, ensuring smooth adaptation and integration.Develop plans for the long-term sustainability of the program's impact and outcomes.An ideal candidate has the following:U.S. CitizenshipMaster's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldProject Management Professional, Certified Associate in Project Management, and/or Program Management ProfessionalAt least six years of experience managing a transformation/modernization projectJoin the team at Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC, for a fulfilling and engaging experience!
