Serving communities throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties, our initiatives focus on food access, community engagement, wellness, and empowerment.

Position Overview

The Culture Collective is seeking two enthusiastic and dependable Volunteer Program Specialists to support the implementation and day-to-day activities of our community programs.

Working collaboratively with the Program Coordinators and organizational leadership, Program Specialists will assist with community outreach, program preparation, participant engagement, event support, and maintaining accurate program records.

Key Responsibilities

• Support program activities for Sarah's Basket, Culture Conversations, the Men's Peer Network, and other TCC initiatives.
• Assist with preparing materials, coordinating supplies, and organizing program activities.
• Support community outreach and communication with participants, volunteers, and partner organizations.
• Assist with scheduling, event logistics, and volunteer coordination.
• Maintain participation records, activity logs, and other program documentation.
• Help collect program feedback and track service delivery.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, check-ins, and occasional community events.
• Complete additional program-related assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Interest in community service, nonprofit programming, and community development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, and shared documents.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
• Prior volunteer or community service experience is helpful but not required.
