The Sous Chef supervises kitchen operations during assigned shifts while ensuring food quality, food safety, employee training, and efficient production.
Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred 24 years supervisory culinary experience High-volume production experience ServSafe Certification preferred Knowledge of food safety practices
