Animal Shelter Operations Manager

City of Springfield, Massachusetts

The City of Springfield's Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily shelter activities and ensure humane care for all animals in custody. You will oversee programs, personnel, budgeting, and inter-department collaboration, reporting to the Executive Director, and supervise 175+ volunteers. You should bring a BA/BS in animal science or related field with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in #J-18808-Ljbffr
