Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead strategic initiatives, enhance program development, and ensure operational excellence across our behavioral healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute growth strategies that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with community stakeholders to build and expand programs. Operational Oversight Manage all business functions, including marketing, staffing, and support services. Ensure fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards are met. Oversee resource allocation and budget adherence to optimize efficiency. Team Development Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring program directors and operational staff. Foster a collaborative culture centered on quality care and customer service. Quality Assurance Review clinical protocols, service definitions, and length-of-stay guidelines. Support program directors in achieving performance targets and payer mix goals. Drive continuous improvements to meet evolving client needs and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business management, psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 3-5 years of management experience in substance use or mental health services. Expertise in clinical program development, supervision, and regulatory compliance. Salary 130,000-150,000 Dependent on Education, Experience, and Licensure. Skills & Abilities Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and teams effectively.
