**Required Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS **RN Exam:** Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Must receive a 90% to pass. **Required Skills and Responsibilities:** - RNs are required to titrate drips such as Vasopressors, Insulin, TNK, Heparin, IV Antibiotics, and Sedatives. - RNs must read and interpret tele/monitor strips. **Shifts & Scheduling:** - 12-hour shifts, scheduled by unit scheduler (0630-1900, 1830-0700). - Weekend work required every other weekend. - Holiday work based on unit needs. - Floating to PCU and Medical floors as needed. **License:** - Active RN license required. **License to Submit:** Yes **Education:** - BSN not required. **Experience:** - Clinical experience in an acute care setting is implied. **Leadership:** - A charge nurse is present on each shift and takes an assignment.
