Field Superintendent

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a knack for leading teams and driving projects to completion? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent Field Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, with a keen understanding of budgeting, scheduling, safety management, and quality control. Experience: Senior Level Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year Responsibilities Oversee all field operations to ensure that work is being carried out as per the project plans and specifications. Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Hire and manage subcontractors while ensuring their work is of the highest quality and meets project specifications. Oversee contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Implement and oversee risk management protocols to identify and mitigate potential project risks. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining rigorous quality control standards. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Implement and enforce safety management protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all team members. Lead and motivate the project team to foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and excellence. Manage project materials and resources to ensure optimal utilization and minimal waste. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Field Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proven experience in contract management, subcontractor management, and risk management. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Solid understanding of safety management protocols and procedures. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members. Experience in new construction projects is a must.
